Our Background

Dynamic Property Management, Inc. is a Hawaii-based locally owned and operated company that was incorporated in the State of Hawaii on August 1982. We were originally located on the leeward side of Oahu in Waipahu before moving to the Kaimuki business district in the fall of 2000. Most recently, in 2018 we moved to the downtown Honolulu area. We have been a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors since incorporation. We specialize in HOA/Condo association management, property rental management, and real estate sales and purchasing.

Our Mission

Our goal in property management is to manage our client's property as if it were our own investment and to keep costs down.

Service and responsiveness to our clients are very important to us. We strive for a relationship of trust and goodwill with our clients as we strive to be in a long-term business relationship.

We believe we can better serve associations by offering personalized service at reasonable rates. We believe in conforming our services to your needs and giving our attention to providing reliable personal service.

With every association that we have managed, we have improved their cash position while at the same time kept the property in as good or better shape than they were prior to our taking over as managing agents.

We hold each client's financial and owner information confidential in the same way we do our own confidential financial records. We do not co-mingle client and trust fund money. Each association account is separate and is independently reviewed by an outside CPA firm when required.
